Ad Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to manage online advertising campaigns, which includes several multi-million dollar companies in the electronics and electrical engineering industry.
The ideal candidate is an agile, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to juggle and prioritize. This Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for trafficking creative assets, implementing creative ad tags, testing quality assurance of ads prior to implementing into Google Ad Manager (GAM). Monitor campaign and pacing activity and perform optimization efforts throughout the life cycle of a campaign.

Responsibilities
+
Support all aspects of campaign production including ad unit implementation in Google Ad Manager (GAM), campaign creation, trafficking tags and creative, targeting implementation, quality assurance
+
Serve as a point of contact for client communications; own the set-up process, campaign management, and ads execution, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations team to ensure accuracy
+
Analyze performance metrics and identifying potential optimization opportunities and troubleshoot technical issues on live campaigns
+
Advertiser asset recruitment, perform QA, troubleshoot creative issues, and confirm if creative and content adhere to product advertising requirements
+
Review digital advertising campaigns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are delivering and pacing successfully

Check impression inventory forecasts and availability for the sales team based on specific targeting requests
+
Review end of the month reporting for all GAM campaigns, and create custom advertiser reports
+
Review and update internal MONDAY Board with monthly campaigns and weekly status
+
Prepare quarterly CTR metrics for EETech’s web properties via GAM and create, maintain Google document
+
Ongoing customer support/service internally, for clients and agencies; work closely with management and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur
+
Oversee the screenshots team’s preparation of advertiser monthly campaigns and distribute notify sales and account executives
Requirements
+
1 - 3 years experience in online, media, or campaign management; experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and ad trafficking is essential
+
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
+
Experience in digital advertising operations and campaign management
+
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multitask
+
Proven track record of learning new skills & products, as well as thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and be accountable

Positive attitude and driven work ethic, team player mindset
+
Familiarity with the electronics and electrical engineering industry, preferred, but not required
